What we collect

• The name or brand and the niche you submit for a scan.
• Your email address, if you choose to save results or receive email.
• A goal you select, and whether you confirm completing a recommended fix.
• Basic product events (scan started, scan completed, email captured, upgrade, cancellation) used to understand whether the product works.
• If you subscribe: a Stripe customer identifier. We never receive or store your card details — Stripe handles payment data.

What we do not collect

We do not use advertising trackers, we do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not buy email lists. There is no cold-email path in our system: we can only email addresses that opted in through the site.

Where your data goes

Scan questions are sent to third-party AI providers (currently OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, and xAI) as generic questions about a niche. Email is delivered through Resend. Payments run through Stripe. Each processes data under its own terms. Our questions are about a category, not about you personally — for instance, "who are the best fitness creators to follow?" — though the name you track is stored on our side to match against the answers.

What is public

Our weekly niche digests name creators and brands that AI assistants recommended that week, drawn from public AI answers. If you would rather your name not appear in a published digest, email us and we will exclude it.

Email

Weekly email is opt-in and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe that we honor immediately, plus our physical mailing address.

Retention and deletion

We keep measurement history indefinitely, because the history is the product — a trend cannot be rebuilt later. You may ask us to delete your account, email address, and tracked subjects at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will action it within 30 days. Aggregate, de-identified measurements may remain.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. One email is enough — we do not require a form or an account to honor it.

Children

FateTracker is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
