The rule
- You may ask for a full refund for any reason within 14 calendar days of purchase, including a change of mind. You do not need to prove a defect or complete troubleshooting.
- The day you first write counts. A request received inside the 14 days stays eligible while it is processed, even if the window ends in the meantime.
- Write to [email protected] with your Gumroad order number. An explanation is optional. Never include your project’s contents, your safety PIN or your Recovery Card.
- Refunds are processed through Gumroad, the merchant of record.
- After a full refund you must stop using Fate Tracker and delete the application and its installer. Your own projects, saved copies and notes remain yours.
- Gumroad handles refunds and payment disputes under its own terms and may issue a refund independently of this policy.
- Applicable law takes priority over this page, and nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded where you live, including remedies for defective or misdescribed digital content that may apply after 14 days.

The software provider is Sean Marshall, an individual (New York, United States). The licence is governed by the laws of the State of New York, subject to the mandatory consumer protections of your country or state of residence. Gumroad’s transaction terms apply separately.
