Roadmap

Where Fate Tracker Build Memory stands, what has shipped, what comes next, and what is not planned. Last updated September 11, 2026.

Current release: 0.7.8, verified September 6, 2026 with 271 automated safety checks, on sale since September 9, 2026. Windows 11 desktop, $49 one-time, updates included for 12 months.

Shipped

  • 0.7.8 (September 2026) — the customer release. Window-layout defect at high text scaling fixed; a new automated check minimizes and restores the real window at five scaling settings; every packaged document is checked for punctuation encoding.
  • 0.7.7 — clearer status chips, a hint while a copy runs, and a Recovery Card screen that explains itself first.
  • 0.7.6 — My Builds moved onto the My Game card; packaging built from an allow-list so developer-only material cannot ship.
  • 0.7.5 — Recovery Card wording leads with paper; saving the card as a file warns first.
  • 0.7.3 — the Recovery Card: six words and four digits, made offline, so a forgotten PIN is not the end.
  • 0.7.0 to 0.7.2 — the application became Fate Tracker Build Memory; documentation corrected to match what the application actually does.
  • Earlier previews — Game Plan (an ordered checklist with a verified checkpoint copy at each passed part), claim-versus-reality comparison, My Builds, Space Watch, Simple Mode, Find My Games, whole-copy recovery into a new empty folder, and the read-only assistant connector.

The full list is on the changelog.

Next

Committed for every buyer: safety and bug-fix releases during the 12-month update window, each verified by the same automated checks before it is published. Dated feature commitments are listed here only once the owner has committed to them; none are dated yet.

Under consideration, not committed:

  • Windows 10 support. Not advertised as supported until it has been directly tested.
  • Automated “Test My Game” checks. A separate idea for later, not part of the current purchase.
  • More build memory guidance on the website, written from real customer questions.

Not planned

  • No cloud sync. Build memory stays on your computer.
  • No subscription. One purchase, one price.
  • No telemetry. The application sends nothing anywhere; the website has no trackers.
  • No live restore. Recovery always builds into a new, empty folder. Writing over a live project stays disabled.
  • No automatic deletion. Fate Tracker deletes nothing.
  • macOS: not currently planned. Linux likewise.
