The self-test
Can FateTracker make itself findable?
We sell one claim: measure how AI assistants answer your niche, apply one research-backed fix a week, watch the answers change. The cleanest way to prove it is on ourselves — so FateTracker is subject #1 in its own index. This page renders live from the same weekly sweep data as every customer report. It cannot say anything the data doesn't.
Prediction on record
Baseline (2026-W30): no AI assistant names FateTracker in either question set below — 0/100. On July 21, 2026 we applied our own Class-1 fix: a citeable plain-text fact page at /facts. Our reports tell subjects this typically shows up in AI answers within 3–8 weeks — for us, that window is 2026-W33 to 2026-W38. If the method works, you'll watch it work here. If it doesn't, that stays published too. Correlational outcomes only — "appeared after", never "guaranteed by".
What we changed, and when
- Since launch: llms.txt, robots.txt open to AI crawlers, weekly public digests, sitemap — the baseline hygiene.
- 2026-07-21: Published /facts — a citeable plain-text fact page with FAQ structured data. The exact fix our weekly reports prescribe to subjects with zero text presence.
- 2026-07-21: Opened this page. The experiment itself is citeable text.
Product questions — the real fight
Niche: “ai visibility tracking” — The questions a buyer actually asks when they need what FateTracker sells: AEO tools, tracking AI mentions of a brand, a rank tracker for AI answers. If our own method works, our name appears here first.
| Week | Findability | Mentions by model |
|---|---|---|
| 2026-W30 | 0/100 | Claude 0/5 Gemini 0/5 ChatGPT 0/5 Grok 0/5 Perplexity 0/5 |
Who the answers name instead (latest week): Semrush · Moz · Brandwatch · Mention · ChatGPT · Perplexity AI · Google Search Console · Brand24
Creator questions — the control
Niche: “AI tools” — Who to follow in AI tools. These answers name famous humans, so a software product almost can't win here. We publish it anyway: an honest experiment keeps its hard row visible.
| Week | Findability | Mentions by model |

The rules of the experiment
- Same pipeline as every report: 3 samples per question per model, weekly, majority-consistent answers only.
- We never prompt a model with the word "FateTracker" and count that as a mention — the questions are the generic buyer questions above.
- A disappearance must persist two consecutive weeks before it counts, and so must an appearance.
- This page is not edited week to week; only the data underneath moves.
Run the same experiment on your own name: the scan is free. Plain facts about FateTracker: /facts.
